Faryal Makhdoum, wife of former boxing champion, Amir Khan, recently received a warning message from an Israeli organization offering her a “lucrative” reward if she supported Israel instead of Palestine.

Makhdoum, who runs a successful makeup company, has been openly supporting Palestinians on social media since the start of the Israel-Gaza war.

He shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, a screenshot of a recent WhatsApp message he received from an Israeli organization with a phone number in the United States.

According to the screenshot, the message said: “Let’s make this quite simple. If you support Israel and stop posting about Palestine, we will make sure you get a handsome reward.”

“If you don’t do this or if this is publicized, there will be serious consequences. Your choice Mrs. Faryal. Take care.”

However, despite receiving the threatening message, Makhdoom’s support for the Palestinians appears to be unrelenting as he captioned his tweet: “Will this stop me? No.”
