Syed Inamullah Shah, former in-charge of former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Bani Gala residence, on Saturday said he was not sure whether the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief’s wife Bushra Bibi would stand by him in the coming days. They come when they have to face difficult tasks on the legal front.
Since Imran stepped down as prime minister in April, both the PTI chief and his wife have faced a series of cases, which ultimately led to the cricketer-turned-politician’s imprisonment and disqualification.
Sources also told this news Bushra Bibi may be in serious trouble in the near future as the National Accountability Bureau is investigating parts of the “evidence” which, if confirmed, will change Bibi’s status from “witness” to “accused”.
The evidence is said to relate to some financial transactions that Bushra Bibi allegedly received.
Shah made many revelations geo news‘ talk show “Jirga” and detailed several instances, claiming that he was close to Imran’s wife and supervised many personal matters.
During the show, host Salim Safi asked Shah if he thought – being someone close to Bushra – Imran’s wife would stand by him amid the current crisis.
He replied, “When it comes to him (Bushra) you can never be certain.” He further said, “We cannot say for sure whether she will stand with him or not.”
“We can’t say that for sure because there were many people who we thought would stand with Khan SirMany big leaders of the party were also involved in this,” he said.
But they were political figures, the show host said. In response, Shah said that not only politicians, but even Imran’s close friends have parted ways with him.

Safi asked Shah what was the reason behind Imran blindly following Bushra’s instructions.

He claimed that the leaked audio was genuine and said that he and the former first lady had a conversation over a phone call.
He said that his phone had audio and photographs related to the items brought from Toshakhana.
“As per the list of items, some items were short,” Shah said.
He further said that different general items were sent from different countries.
Shah revealed that he used to take photographs of the objects to keep records in case they were needed later.
He said, “Bushra Bibi probably suspected that I had sent these pictures to someone else. After two-three days, Anwar Zeb and I were called and when I was asked, I told her the reason for taking the pictures.”
Shah said that Khurram Javed was close to the then Prime Minister Imran at that time and looked after the work in the PM House.
He claimed that he “only dealt with rich people” who were also requested to send various things.
“There were some people who were told that their names could not be revealed,” Shah said, adding that the security officials were only told their car numbers to send them inside.
Shah said, “Zulfi Bukhari was close to Bushra Bibi but I don’t know what happened that talks with her were banned.”
He said, after this any conversation with Bukhari was through me only.
‘Bibi is behind the differences between Imran and Tareen’
Shah accused the former first lady of creating differences between Imran and his close aide Jahangir Khan Tareen. “Bushra Bibi had objections as to why Tareen was so famous in Punjab.”
He said that Bibi was suspicious of Awan Chowdhury, believing that Chowdhury was loyal to Aleem Khan and Tareen.
“Avan Chaudhary and I were distributing invitation cards [related to a PTI rally] when they were instructed not to come [Bani Gala] From tomorrow,” Shah revealed.
He said Chaudhary was told that Bibi did not like him, so he should avoid visiting Imran’s residence in the federal capital.
Shah also claimed that the former first lady was running all the affairs of the government, adding that she had appointed Usman Buzdar as the Chief Minister of Punjab.
‘Bushra Bibi will check the photographs of the candidates’
Shah revealed that the former first lady will share her opinion after examining the photographs of the candidates to be appointed to official posts by the former prime minister.
The former Banigala in-charge said, every fortnight the former first lady used to sacrifice a goat for charity.
He claimed that chickens were brought on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and their meat was distributed as charity.
“Sometimes we would throw the meat on the terrace and sometimes we would give it to the staff,” Shah said.
He further claimed that sometimes, “they would throw goat heads in the graveyard”.
“We were told that the goat’s head would be eaten away by insects in the cemetery.”
He said the PTI chief used to discuss matters with Bushra Bibi and the former first lady was confident that former Punjab chief minister Usman Buzdar would work under him.
However, Pervez Khattak used to take some decisions himself while being the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Shah said that Bushra Bibi had given Rs 30 million to be deposited in Imran’s account.

He also revealed that he was aware of the normal balance in the former Prime Minister’s bank account.
