He said that Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) has been constituted in Pakistan to attract foreign investment and revive the country’s economy. Describing SIFC as a program of economic reforms, he said that the IT Ministry has an important role in achieving the goals set in this regard.

The PM also stressed on the need to promote IT parks in the country to increase IT exports. He said that free laptops are being distributed to meritorious students on the basis of merit.
