
Investigating officers on Sunday prepared a preliminary report on Seema Haider – the Pakistani married woman who smuggled her four children to India to live with the man she loved.
Seema had gone to India via Nepal in May to live with 22-year-old Sachin Meena, after which the couple was arrested and then got bail last week.
According to the report, Seema’s visit to Nepal from Pakistan was in relation to the Indian citizen only.
Ghulam Raza’s 27-year-old daughter Seema had obtained permission from the Jacobabad court on 15 February 2014 to marry her husband Ghulam Haider Zakhrani.
According to the report, at that time Seema had told her age as 19 years in the statement given in the court. It states that the woman gave birth to four children between January 1, 2018 and January 2, 2021.
The report also states that Seema’s father is a rickshaw puller and her brother works as a government employee. He also has two sisters.
Seema traveled on flight FZ336 for the first time. She returned to Karachi from Sharjah on May 10 this year by a flight to Dubai.
The report states that she had traveled with her children on flight G9542 on May 18. He had also traveled by flight G9543 from Karachi in the morning of 10 March.
However, the report said that no record of air travel was found before this.
Besides, when Seema’s ID card was being generated at the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Seema’s age was wrongly added, the report said.
Seema Haider fell in love with Sachin Meena while playing the free-to-play battle royale video game PUBG. The couple have stated that they had no fear of any religious backlash and that only “death would do them apart”.
The pair from arch-rival countries met in 2020 while playing an online shooting game during the coronavirus pandemic.

Indian police say it would be impossible for Seema to stay for long.
